For those wanting to know, I was sitting in my car at a McDonald’s here in Las Vegas. The food was… McDonald’s. Not bad, not good, but enough. Slamming a few fries into my gob, as you do, I looked and saw this pigeon with a bagel or some sort of bread stuck around its neck. Looks like a livery to me. Felt Their name was Their Royal Majesty, Pigeonus II, of Las Vegas and Their other Realms, Sovereign!

Could be a king or a queen. I have no idea how to tell the gender of a pigeon and I’m not willing to misgender them.

Now, my mascot. I feel this pigeon deeply. Be yourself, pigeon. I love you as you are.
